History
The airplane was delivered on February 4th, 1937 to Ted Brown. It appears that he sold it new to the Menasco Mfg. Company. This was the second ST-A Special built, about March 1938 it was owne3d by Charles H. Babb and often flown by R.M. “Duke” Ressier.
In August 1938 it was sold to the National Guard in Nicaragua. Not much more is known except that it made a forced landing in a lake and was never reclaimed. This was on August 24th, 1938, Pilot Capt. Charles B. Baldwin was killed.
The airplane could still exist.
