About the Site

This site was inspired by the work of Everett “Ev” Cassagneres. In 1995 Ev published a book detailing the individual histories of all production Ryan ST airframes. Ev subsequently published an updated amendment to the 1995 version in 2001. Ev passed away in June of 2012, having spent much of his life researching, and documenting the Ryan ST series.

I decided to recreate Ev’s work in a digital format, to more easily allow updates to be recorded, along with new information, and photos.

It is the intent that this site will serve as an up to date version of Ev’s amazing work, and I hope to add to the records on a regular basis.

I would enjoy hearing from anyone who can provide updates or details associated with the Ryan ST production records, current Ryan projects, or is just an admirer of the ST series.

In addition to updating this site, I am currently restoring Ryan ST-A Special SN 199.
