Sold new January 15, 1940, delivered to the Ryan School on Lindbergh Field, San Diego, California.

Modified to PT-20A with a Kinner engine on December 12, 1940 at the Ryan plant, San Diego.

Used for military primary flight training, San Diego.

Final Disposition unknown. Possibly hit power lines March 4, 1942?

As of 1984 the Data Plate and a Bill of sale were owned by Bill Rose, S. Barrington, Illinois. Bill had reserved N9615N for use with this SN but after his death a substantial amount of his projects and parts were purchased by Graham Hoskings, Tyabb, Vic. Australia.

Based on the information held by the FAA associated with this SN it is questionable that an aircraft SN 329 could be registered.
